Wu Tang the Betrayer You're fighting Wu Tang the Betrayer

"It's you!" you shout, pointing an outraged finger at the shopkeeper. "Wu Tang the Betrayer! The evil student of the evil Fast Foot Clan, who joined my master's dojo in order to sneakily and ruthlessly assassinate him in the dead of night!"

"In retrospect," you add, "we probably should never have accepted the application of someone named 'Wu Tang the Betrayer'."

"So, <playername>, student of the Way of the Surprising Fist," Wu Tang sneers, "after these many years of hunting me down so that you may achieve your revenge, you have finally located me."

"Well, actually, we quit looking for you after about a week. I had no idea you were still alive; our meeting here was purely by coincidence."

"Be that as it may, this battle shall be a battle which only one of us may leave alive! Have at you!"

"Gesundheit!"

Hit Message(s):

Wu Tang shouts "Fast Foot Flying Kick!" and fast foot flying kicks you in the <arse>. Ugh! Ugh! Ugh! Ugh! Ow!

Wu Tang shouts "Boot to the Head!", and then boots you in the head. Ouch! Ouch! Eek! Ugh! Eek!

"One Hundred and Seventy-Three Furious Feet of Furious Fury!" Wu Tang shouts, then kicks you exactly one hundred and seventy-three times. Eek! Ouch! Ouch! Eek! Eek!

Wu Tang raises his fists in the air and roars as his fighting aura glows with an intense red light. It's pretty impressive, and he kicks you in the face while you're distracted by the light show. Ouch! Eek! Argh! Ooh! Ow!

Critical Hit Message:

Wu Tang shouts "Seven Demon!" and kicks you in the knee. "Hey!" you say, "you didn't finish the name of the attack!" "It's the Seven Demon Kick You In the Knee While You're Waiting For Me To Finish the Name of the Attack," he says, and kicks you again. Ooh! Oof! Eek! Ugh! Argh!

Miss Message(s):

Wu Tang shouts "Fast Foot Flying Kick!" and attempts to fast foot flying kick you, but you dove behind the counter as soon as he started shouting the name of the attack.

"One Hundred and Seventy-Three Furious Feet of Furious Fury!" Wu Tang shouts. Fortunately, you manage to dodge all one hundred and seventy-three kicks.

Wu Tang shouts "Boot to the Head!", and his foot makes a loud "woosh!" noise as you duck.

Wu Tang raises his fists in the air and roars, but nothing happens. Cursing, he stops to change the batteries in his fighting aura.

Fumble Message:

Wu Tang momentarily forgets that he's fighting inside a small shop, and accidentally cartwheels into a wall. (FUMBLE!)

References

  • "Boot to the Head!" (as well as the "woosh!" in the miss message) is a reference to the comedy sketch "Ti Kwan Leep", by The Frantics.
  • The "fast foot clan" could be a reference to the Foot Clan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, whose leader, Oroku Saki aka the Shredder, betrayed Hamato Yoshi.
