• The Bounty Hunter Hunter used to ask you to get six of these from large kobolds.
• As with all bounty items, these would not drop unless there was bounty out on them. They would disappear from your inventory if you gave up on the bounty.

• Removed with the Bounty Hunter revamp on January 14, 2014.

References

• This item is, unsurprisingly, a reference to NetHack, in which several monsters have a habit of carrying around gems, many of which are actually worthless glass, such as this. In NetHack, however, it is left up to the player to sort out the gemstones from the imitations.
