|name=Knott Yeti
|text=This is an enormous Yeti, from the distant icy lands of Knott. The Yetis of Knott are extremely powerful, outmatched only by the fiendish Slandings of Knott.
|hit=He claws your {{part}} with his big, sharp, pointy claws. {{ouch|cold}} {{element|cold}}

He gnaws on your {{part}} with his big, sharp, pointy teeth. {{ouch|cold}} {{element|cold}}

He gnaws on your stomach with his teeth, causing you abominable abdominal pain. {{ouch|cold}} {{element|cold}}

He puts your entire head in his mouth. Ew, and you thought these things smelled bad on the outside... {{ouch|cold}} {{element|cold}}
|miss=He tries to claw you, but you duck and make the mating call of the Knott Slanding, which frightens him.

He gnashes his teeth at you, but you act like an elfin dentist until he's frightened away.

He tries to gnaw on your stomach, but fails abominably. And abdominally.

He tries to put your head in his mouth, but stops when he catches a whiff of your hair.
|critical=He lets loose a fiendish roar, which starts an avalanche high in the mountains. You get run over by at least twelve inches of snow (a licky boom boom down). {{ouch|cold}} {{element|cold}}
|fumble=He stomps toward you, but falls into a patch of deep snow. You kick back and enjoy watching him struggle to extricate himself.}}

Ideas? --Quietust 09:54, 30 August 2006 (CDT)

  • Well, the critical and fumble are clearly identified to the editor of the page, but not to a viewer of the page. I think we need explicit identifiers visible to viewers of the page. Also, as to the ordering, my personal preference would be critical, hit, fumble, miss. --Gymnosophist 10:04, 30 August 2006 (CDT)
    • If we do this, what I'd like to plan is have Hit Messages:, Critical Hit Message: etc. Also, my preference is hit, critical, miss, fumble because the hit messages seem more important to me, which is probably because hit messages are more common than critical messages or something like that, but really the order is just arbitrary.--Dehstil (t|c) 16:25, 30 August 2006 (CDT)
