Post-NS13 it took me a LOT longer to get the key, maybe 10 turns instead of 1 or 2. --Dqp 11:15, 2 July 2007 (CDT)

I got a Spookyraven gallery key here after reading everything in the Library. W00t! --Telor All you need to read is the second chapter of the first book, which particularly pertains to the conservatory.

Here is the adventure text for the gallery key adventure:

Polo Tombstone

As you're wandering around in the pet cemetery of the Haunted Conservatory, you catch a glimpse of a tombstone with a tiny alligator engraved on it. "What a stylish tombstone!" you think to yourself, but then you think back to the passage from the Spookyraven Family History that you read in the Library, and an idea occurs to you.

You plunge your hand into the peat (or perhaps it's silt -- you never did learn the difference,) fish around for a while, and pull out exactly what you were looking for:

You acquire an item: Spookyraven gallery key

I managed to get Polo Tombstone after reading Rise Ch.3, Fall Ch.3, and Fall Ch.2 - I suspect that thre 'triggering' chapter is Fall of Spookyraven Ch. 2 (Stephen and Elizabeth) because it talks about the Pet Cemetary.

That is, provided there IS a link between Readin The Books and getting the key.

Oh, and the adventure name *could* be a reference to the Lacoste clothing brand's crocodile logo, being deliberately contrasted with Ralph Lauren 'Polo' brand. --MultiClassGeek 09:25, 20 September 2006 (CDT)

Adventures found here so far:

confused goth music student

anglerbush

skeletal hamster

man-eating plant

skeletal cat

skeletal monkey

There is also:

Sweeping up the Skeleton Bones

As you near the pet cemetery inside the Haunted Conservatory, you see signs of a struggle near one of the old tombstones. Looks like some skeletal animals got into fight over here. Or some regular animals got into a really, really serious fight, a long time ago.

Either way, you help yourself to the remains.

Your ten-leaf clover disappears in a puff of smoke.

a 10 leaf adventure that yeilds 2 piles.

Hmmm, the clover-related adventure seems to have been changed. The text remains unchanged, but instead of two piles, only one pile is received ... bummer!

Found this:

Louvre It or Leave It with the following text: --- Note: this seems to be a maze. I won't add all the rest now. Better uses for this page for now...

This is in the Haunted Gallery, not the Conservatory.

super-likely

  • is the gallery key adventure super-likely? that is, unaffected by bad monster level? or is it a non-combat? --Evilkolbot 07:59, 10 November 2007 (CST)

initiative?

  • I have 110% initiative (canticle, travoltan, self-preservation, springy fusilli) or (20 + 30 + 20 + 40) and the monsters here still get the jump on me somehow. I have about 47 ML on, nothing really that deducts from initiative. ..whaaat gives?--Deranged Cat 15:14, 8 October 2006 (CDT)
