Talk:The Beanbat Chamber
Just something to note regarding the "obstacles to overcome" for this area: while stench resistance is necessary to obtain the sonar-in-a-biscuit to gain entrance to this area, it is not in fact necessary for the actual adventuring in this area.--Yiab 08:58, 3 February 2006 (Central Standard Time)
Attacked with Cerebral crossbow and got the standard +3 +3 +3. No element for the beanbat.--Foggy 12:22, 30 June 2006 (CDT)
Wearing no hat and renaming your familiar silence on 10/25/2012, presumably after Get_Any_Key_to_Continue
Amidst the usual cacophony of the Beanbat Chamber, you hear something in the distance: Nothing.
You scratch your unadorned head. You shoot a quizzical look toward your familiar, but the look is met with only silence. Figures.
You start moving around the chamber methodically, trying to pinpoint the exact epicenter of the silence. It takes a few minutes, but you finally narrow it down to a particular pile of guano-covered rocks, under which you discover a crudely hewn stone altar.
You kneel down to take a closer look at it, and the act of kneeling causes an object to materialize atop it. Well, not exactly an object. More like the idea that an object would be there if you were willing to suspend disbelief. Disbelief in a hammer, to be specific.
You imagine yourself taking the hammer. Then you worry that maybe just imagining it isn't sufficient, so you actually reach out and pretend to pick it up and put it in your sack. That oughtta do the trick.--Andyzero 17:17, 25 October 2012 (CEST)
