Talk:Certificate of Participation
From TheKolWiki
I'm assuming that like many other campground items, there should be separate pages for its item version and its campground/location version. To be like the other campground items, I assume the appropriate naming for it may be [[Certificate of Participation (Campground)]], but even though the name of this item is Certificate of Participation, when its placed in the campground, its new name is Kingdom of Loathing Certificate of Participation. Thoughts anyone? --JRSiebz 11:04, 16 Aug 2005 (Central Daylight Time)
- I agree that there should be separate pages (see Talk:Proposed Standards#Campground Items, but we should call the campground version of the certificate by it's real name (Kingdom of Loathing Certificate of Participation. The pages like Cottage (Campground) were named that way just to avoid disambiguation problems. --Gymnosophist 13:37, 16 Aug 2005 (Central Daylight Time)
- Does anybody know what happens if you ascend with this still in your inventory? It's a quest item, but at the same time it cannot be reobtained. If nobody answers this by the time that one of my multys gets to the end, I'll check it out and get back to this.

- I am curious about this same question. Just started a new multi, and if no one else posts the answer, I too plan on figuring it out in the coming days/weeks. --DataVortex 14:51, 8 July 2006 (CDT)
- I know it's been asked on the radio before. I believe the answer is "It'll just be in your campground after you ascend." I would like to see someone test it, though. --Ricket 16:59, 8 July 2006 (CDT)
- I can confirm this. On my multi, ascended with the certificate still in inventory. Upon placing a dwelling, I could view the certificate. --Bazo0ka 20:56, 22 April 2010 (UTC)
