When Used

	You hurl the fragment at your opponent, slicing it to the bone and dealing 100-150 damage.

Notes

• Causes an enemy to take additional damage in the round the fragment is used and each round thereafter, displaying the message:

  <It> continues to bleed, suffering X damage.

• X is initially 20-30, and is reduced by 5-10 each following round.
• Using another fragment does not stack the bleeding, but instead resets X to 20-30.
• While physically-resistant monsters will take only 1 damage from the fragment itself, the bleeding will bypass its resistance and cause its full damage.
  • HOWEVER, decaying damage does NOT bypass the physical resistance of Frosty, nor Drip monsters.
