When Used

	You toss the gas balloon at your opponent. It pops near <him>, and <he> wobbles back and forth a bit before passing out, giggling.

Notes

• Prevents your opponent from attacking you for 3-4 rounds of combat.
• While in effect, each round of combat (including the first) will display the message:

Your opponent just lies there, still unconscious from the gas balloon.

• The last round of combat the stun is active will display the message:

Your opponent gets back up and takes a deep breath.

References

• The last line in the description is a direct quote from the Peter Gabriel song Games Without Frontiers, in which it is preceded by the line "it's a knockout".
• This item is a reference to the recreational use of Nitrous Oxide (which are known as "whip-its"), which is too cold to be inhaled directly but can be released into a balloon first. Popular among hippies during the '60s.
