The guys that run the Dungeoneering Association sometimes leave these kits of useful items near the entrances of dungeons that haven't been thoroughly explored, to make things a little easier and safer for the explorers. Well, 'easier' and 'safer' depending on what turns out to be inside the kits. The Dungeoneering Association guys sometimes have strange ideas about what constitutes 'useful'.
