Deep Inside Grimace, Bow Chick-a Bow Bow
You follow the map to the secret bunker. It ends in a heavily fortified hatch with one of those big wheels you have to turn to open it. Unfortunately, the wheel itself is missing; there’s just the stem where it ought to be mounted. It looks like anyone wanting to get in would have to fix the wheel first, probably after seven different quests to fetch different parts of it.
Fortunately, the hatch is open, so it’s a moot point. You can see the first few rungs of a ladder in the darkness below, but not much else.
