Adding {{NeedsReview}} to the reference will add the page to the category Needs Review, without needing any additional comment. It will appear as follows on the wiki page:

(This reference may not be entirely accurate and needs to be double checked. See this page's talk page for more information.)

Unlike many other "Needs Work" templates which require their template codes at the top of the article, the {{NeedsReview}} tag should be placed right after the reference in question.

Once you have flagged the page, you should indicate your reasoning on the discussion page for the page to be reviewed.
