The construct grabs you and places you gently on one of the slabs. "FOREIGN OBJECT DETECTED. INITIALIZING SURGICAL ROUTINES," it bellows, but by the time it's done bellowing, you've crawled under the slab and avoided whatever it was about to do.

The construct bellows "STERILE ENVIRONMENT BREACHED. INITALIZING DISINFECTION PROTOCOL." It bathes the entire room in radiation, but you were never much for baths, so you avoid it on principle.
