A Rat Faucet

A Rat Faucet can be found in the Tavern Cellar after you cut off the flow of rats in the Of Course! adventure, or turn it partway back on in the Everything in Moderation adventure as Actually Ed the Undying. It is found in the same square that you got the quest-completing adventure in.
