Uses

You feel a little weird about stabbing someone with a pair of wooden stakes, so you pretend they're the ground next to a tent. That makes it easier to stab <it> for X damage. SPLAT! KAPOW! BAM!
You make like a vampire slayer and stab <it> with your stakes for X damage. Unlike a vampire slayer, though, you don't start making out with <it>. BOINK! SOCKO! ZOT!
You prepare your stakes with a delicious marinade, grill them lightly, then plunge them into <it> for X damage. SPLAT! ZOT! BOINK!
You raise the stakes on this combat by raising your stakes above your head and slamming them down on <it>. <It> takes X damage. BARF! BIFF! BOOF!
You realize there's a lot at stake in this combat, so you stake your claim on victory by staking <it> for X damage. POW! SPLAT! KERBLAM!
Notes
- Using this weapon to defeat a spooky vampire or vampire bat results in you gaining a vampire heart.
History
- At some point in time before February 9, 2015, this item was changed from being a 2-handed spear.
References
- "Unlike a vampire slayer, though, you don't start making out with it" is a reference to Buffy the Vampire Slayer. In season one, Buffy falls in love with a vampire named Angel and they have a long, complicated relationship. Buffy also has a naughty relationship with a vampire named Spike in seasons six and seven.
