You're not getting Burning Soul because you probably don't have enough Mysticality or enough items that increase Bonus Spell Damage. In addition, it has to be a hot spell to give you it. Increase spell damage as much as you can, and you'll get Burning Soul. --CG1:t,c,e 15:19, 9 July 2007 (CDT)

Nah. The problem was the fact that I thought that all the splashbacks would have this effect to some degree but it is only the one from the 23MP that does. The fact that the lower ones don't do anything useful still disturbs me but I can live with that :)--Winterbay 17:56, 9 July 2007 (CDT)
