Pile of Shiny Pebbles

  • You say that the pile of shiny pebbles is not a really, really one time adventure. Why do you think that? Do you have a forum link etc. proving it?--Jubbers 18:25, 6 October 2006 (CDT)

Thanks with fixing those backlinks, I completely forgot to check those in my recent slew of deletions. Did you check all of them or do I have to?--Dehstil (t|c) 12:26, 9 October 2006 (CDT)

  • I believe I caught everything that was appearing in Special:Wantedpages that had more than one dangling link. There may be some onesies out there somewhere, but it would be much more of a chore to try to find them systematically than to just fix them when they turn up. --Jonrock 12:29, 9 October 2006 (CDT)

Obsolete vs. Retired

Hmm, you went and changed all of the location pages which have adventures which no longer occur and renamed that section from obsolete to retired. What exactly was your reasoning for this? Well, I guess there are many instances where retired does make a little more sense, but it should be noted that the category that contains the said adventures is still Category:Obsolete Adventures. I don't know, I still like obsolete better but we should probably get some more opinions before making a final decision. Well, I guess JRSiebz would agree with you. And I'm pretty sure you're aware of this discussion (since you're a part of it)... although nothing is really resolved there in regards to this. --TheDotGamer 00:35, 17 April 2007 (CDT)

  • As of last September, I did have almost everything labeled "Retired" instead of "Obsolete". When I found the word "obsolete" today, I made half a dozen changes before realizing that Category:Obsolete Adventures had been created in October and I had completely missed it, and there would be 70+ more things to change if I wanted to tidy everything up. So, I've been a bad editor and left this project in a half-finished state without really telling anyone. I definitely think "retired" is a more fun description, but if they get changed back to "obsolete" I won't lose any sleep. --Jonrock 01:00, 17 April 2007 (CDT)

Thank you for taking the time to go over my edits. As you can probably tell, I'm really new at this. I hope you guys understand that I was just trying to be constructive. I guess I just caused a lot more work than was really necessary.--Valkron 20:40, 17 June 2007 (CDT)

It wouldn't be much of a secret if I told anyone who reads your talk page, now would it? ;) --Ricket 21:13, 3 July 2007 (CDT)
