Effect:	Allows you to mine up to 5 times per day without expending an Adventure.

Notes

• This won't work if you get too drunk for adventuring, similar to regular mining.
• Normally, the mines' Instructions include a notation that mining the wall costs an adventure (or two adventures in the Anemone Mine without being fishy.) As long as you have free digs remaining due to this skill, that notification does not display.
• You can mine up to 5 times per day in the Anemone Mine as well, even if you don't have the fishy effect.
