Behind the fence surrounding the Toxic Teacups, you notice a small building with a door labeled "AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY" and go through it. You figure you're probably authorized.

Behind the door are a set of stairs leading down to the control room for the ride, and beyond that into the network of maintenance tunnels underneath the park. You make your way through them to the central hub, unlocking doors as you go.
