The Department of Shadowy Arts and Crafts is the guild for Disco Bandits and Accordion Thieves and is located on the Wrong Side of the Tracks in Seaside Town. Here guild members can learn new skills and buy useful items.

- The door to the Department of Shadowy Arts and Crafts is locked tight, and the windows are boarded up. You aren't sure what you wanted in there, anyway. Are you even a Disco Bandit or Accordion Thief? Trying to remember gives you a headache.
- You bang on the boarded-up door for a while, but nobody answers.
