I'd like to note that the link for the "properly explained and formatted" bit is erroneous. It points to an example within the references standards, not the beginning of the standards themselves. This is because the example contains a section which is taken precedence over the subsection that the link intends to go to. I'm not sure how to fix it, though, without changing section names. Looking at the rest of that standards page, there's several other such collisions that will mess up links. --Flargen 16:59, 30 January 2008 (CST)
