This will probably get nerfed real soon now. --DataVortex 14:42, 29 September 2006 (CDT)
As a level 5 Accordion Thief with base stats of 20/22/26 (I buffed moxie past the minimum needed), I got 50 points. This may be the minimum but I'm not assuming anything yet.
Oops, forgot to sign. --GoldS 12:28, 5 October 2006 (CDT)
As a level 7 SC with base (52/31/31) buffed (72/34/47) I got 102, it is a myst stat day though so i think this data is valid for musc. --Yukimeister 10:34, 4 November 2006 (CST)
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that this adventure has been nerfed. I forgot to write down the exact numbers, but I recently got only double-didget sub-stat gain at level 6. I'd be willing to bet that it scales to level now.--LegendaryBard 01:20, 15 November 2006 (CST)
Today I received 113 strongness, and it was a stat day for muscle also. Before the adventure I was Level 6 and afterwards Level 7, as can be seen in this screenshot: img84.imageshack.us/img84/3227/gallerycloverdo1.jpg --Mr Crac 04:30, 16 November 2006 (CST)
This day (moxie day) I received stats in the range from 128 to 144. I went from Lvl 8 to Lvl 9. --Mr Crac 04:29, 23 November 2006 (CST)
I would estimate the cap to be 300 +/- 30. Based off of my last 1,500 adventures here (all after the possible gains were "maxed") I accumulated the following substat gains:
270 | 271 | 272 | 273 | 274 | 275 | 276 | 277 | 278 | 279 | 280 | 281 | 282 | 283 | 284 | 285 | 286 | 287 | 288 | 289 |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
3 | 6 | 2 | 9 | 6 | 8 | 17 | 13 | 13 | 15 | 13 | 23 | 21 | 22 | 24 | 21 | 25 | 23 | 28 | 37 |
290 | 291 | 292 | 293 | 294 | 295 | 296 | 297 | 298 | 299 | 300 | 301 | 302 | 303 | 304 | 305 | 306 | 307 | 308 | 309 |
31 | 42 | 39 | 39 | 27 | 32 | 39 | 47 | 48 | 45 | 32 | 52 | 43 | 51 | 42 | 47 | 47 | 35 | 36 | 34 |
310 | 311 | 312 | 313 | 314 | 315 | 316 | 317 | 318 | 319 | 320 | 321 | 322 | 323 | 324 | 325 | 326 | 327 | 328 | 329 |
33 | 29 | 20 | 29 | 30 | 22 | 27 | 18 | 26 | 27 | 12 | 18 | 18 | 12 | 13 | 10 | 6 | 4 | 4 | 5 |
This leaves the average to be 300.082, which is very close to what should be expected. If for some reason you would like to further analyze my data I can give my my Mafia logs. --TheDotGamer 23:29, 22 April 2007 (CDT)
Mainstat | Gains | Range |
---|---|---|
78 | 187 | 239.7% |
79 | 185 | 234.1% |
80 | 181 | 226.3% |
81 | 176 | 217.3% |
82 | 198 | 241.5% |
83 | 170 | 204.8% |
84 | 172 | 204.8% |
Seems like there ought to be a better range than "roughly twice". --TechSmurf 04:34, 17 August 2010 (UTC)

I removed the part about the Mona Lisa, as that is only one exammple of a two-dimensional painting where the eyes appear to follow the viewer around the room. Further information about this trick of perspective can be found here In addition, since the wording says paintings, not painting, it is clear that it is not only one painting in the gallery having this effect. This leads much more to the cut-out eyes following someone, ala scary movies. --J12601 16:34, 14 October 2006 (CDT)
