Talk:Vent Rage Gland

Here's a possible theory for this skill. It can be used once a day to give 5 turns of one of three effects. Each effect gives the extra rage damage X with the same formula, and decreases one stat (moxie for dizzy, mysticality for apopletic, and so on) by an equal amount. --Darkfeline 10:45, 1 January 2009 (UTC)
I spent my adventures for the day before this struck me, but someone should probably test this with Yuletide Mutations active to see if it becomes more effective, like most of the other mutant-related content.--Hawksmoor 18:51, 1 January 2009 (UTC)
- Level 13, with yuletide mutations: 26,25,19,24,17,17,17,16,23,21 extra rage damage. No apparent effect observed. --XKiv 10:27, 2 January 2009 (UTC)
Is this a reference to Mr. Furious from Mystery Men? --Kitsunegami 22:43, 1 January 2009 (UTC)
I do believe that this is a reference to "Metroid Prime 3: Corruption" wherein Samus's body produces Phazon. You can then use that Phazon to become more powerful and kick serious butt. If you misuse it, though, you get "overloaded" with Phazon. In addition, when fighting bosses, a little gland that is shown in Samus's body swells in size, and you have to vent the Phazon towards the boss, effectively killing it. Yep.--Andisor 06:59, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
sorting
- the skills are neither in muscle/myst/mox nor alpha order. which one should prevail? --Evilkolbot 22:03, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
my vote would be for muscle, myst, moxie like most other stuff around here--charred talk | contributions 22:42, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
