Tested with Stream of Sauce (myst and spell damage both above the cap), and got 46 damage. So the +100% was applied. Next, tested Creepy Lullaby (spooky non-PM spell), and got 140 damage (range: 10-20 +33 +22, +100%). The +30 was not applied there (had it been, the minimum possible damage would have been 190). Finally, tested with Fearful Fettucini (range: 32-64 +115 +22 +30, +100%), and got 420 damage. So the +30 did apply there (max damage without the +30 would have been 402). --Greycat 20:08, 18 November 2011 (CET)
