When attempting to equip the weapon, I received the message "You are not able to equip chefstaves." This was using my level 16 Sauceror (no Pastamancer skills), and I assume this means only Pastamancers may equip the staff. This should probably be tested and listed in the description somewhere. --Elskan

Is the "You jiggle the staff in the air and them slam it into the ground" a reference to "The Fellowship of the Rings" when Gandalf is fighting the Balrog and slams his staff into the bridge causing it to collapse?--Fettucini carabinieri 19:43, 16 August 2007 (CDT)

it seems that whenever I jiggle this staff in battle, I get hit by the enemy. anybody else notice the same?--jotsund
