Talk:Small stone triangle
I'm basing this off of ArgghFW's comment on the treasure-hunting talk page and the item in his display case. --Southwest 20:28, 11 December 2007 (CST)
Hmm.. the description says it's 5 inches on a side, where the Medium is 7 inches. This means that they *can't* be combined into a Medium... Maybe a Large, though?--AltyMcAltAlt 03:55, 12 December 2007 (CST)
Okay, when putting two triangles near eachother, you get another triangle.... but, the longest side of the triangle that is made isn't twice the size of the longest side of the two triangles. so; 5^2 + 5^2 ~= 7^2 :). Using pythagoras. --Mercantilia 04:26, 12 December 2007 (CST)
- Two of the same Equilateral triangles(all three angles are 60degrees) form a Parallelogram, not another triangle. --Plater (t|c) 05:27, 12 December 2007 (CST)
- Totally agree with that, let's rephrase it: if you want to make a triangle from two triangles... :) --Mercantilia 06:20, 12 December 2007 (CST)
Item ID?
If I had to take an educated guess, I'd say 3023 would be the most logical one. --Shoptroll 10:51, 12 December 2007 (CST)
