Updated the entry after consuming one, added the HP loss as we currently know it. I'm guessing all stat gains are something like 16-20 or 15-20. I got 19's or 20's in just about all of them (up to it being a muscle day when I ate one). I also got 7 adventures. --Jorgen 23:27, 28 June 2007 (CDT)
