So What Are Saucy Foods?
I got 43 Adventures from eating Hell ramen, 36 from spaghetti con calaveras, and 15 from olive lo mein, in that order. Accounting for the milk of magnesium, that is 37 for the Hell ramen, 30 for spaghetti con calaveras, and 12 for olive lo mein.
Obviously, the reagent pastas are considered saucy (since you make the sauce and then cook it with dry noodles.) Of course, this leaves other possibilities such as hi meins (crafted with cold and sour sauce, for example,) evil boring spaghetti, and spaghetti breakfast.--Mike Antleg III (talk) 17:39, 16 November 2013 (UTC)
- I guess the rule for this will be rather simple, like everything that had a scrumptious reagent in its creation process. Which would save us the time of tagging stuff with yet another category. --Yatsufusa (talk) 06:53, 17 November 2013 (UTC)
Fettucini épines Inconnu does not benefit from Saucemaven. Neither by adding adventure gain or by increasing pvp fights received. --Edgy (talk) 11:19, 22 November 2013 (UTC)
Gemelli already told us that this skill "Works better for Myst classes than for other scrubs." Has there been any reason not to trust him on this? --Yatsufusa (talk) 18:37, 19 November 2013 (UTC)
I just tried a fishy fish lasagna and got regular results of 14 adv and 51 sarcasm. --Bsmith (talk) 23:47, 9 March 2014 (UTC)
Adventure Gains
Data from a Sauceror with Saucemaven and Milk of Magnesium: Eating 3 cold hi mein... You gain 39 Adventures, You gain 40 Adventures, You gain 41 Adventures. --Edgy (talk) 12:35, 19 November 2013 (UTC)
As Sauceror: Fettucini Inconnu 39 & 43 Adv. (-6 each from Got Milk), olive lo mein 16 Adv. (-3 from Got Milk). --Yatsufusa (talk) 18:07, 20 November 2013 (UTC)
As Seal Clubber: Hell ramen 31 Adv. (no Got Milk). At the very least that would be 4 more Adventures than usual. My first guess would be you still get +1 Adventure per fullness as a non-Myst class. --Yatsufusa (talk) 02:16, 22 November 2013 (UTC)
- As Seal Clubber: fettucini Inconnu 28 & 29 Adv. (no Got Milk). At the very least that would be 2 more Adventures than usual. --Yatsufusa (talk) 03:47, 23 November 2013 (UTC)
- As Seal Clubber: painful penne pasta 9, 10, 11, 12 & 12 Adv. with Got Milk which would be 6, 7, 8, 9 & 9 without milk. Which is interesting, because it further solidifies the suspicion that food without a scrumptious reagent in its creation process isn't affected and because I managed to get 1 Adv. less than I should be able to get. Either I managed to type a 9 for a 10 or the painful penne pasta page needs updating. (Which I'll delay for a bit, because it seems the current numbers were announced on a radio show. Which makes this even stranger...) --Yatsufusa (talk) 03:46, 24 November 2013 (UTC)
As Pastamancer, with Got Milk: spooky hi meins: 38, 41, 39. This is consistent with +2 adv/fullness for Pastamancers. --Greycat (talk) 16:40, 22 November 2013 (UTC)
As Sauceror, with Got Milk: sleazy hi meins: 39, 41, 38. --Greycat (talk) 21:00, 22 November 2013 (UTC)

- very little research suggests that hell broth is the only food that is available in hardcore class act. am i mistaken? is it worth it? numbers? --Evilkolbot (talk) 21:06, 22 November 2013 (UTC)
- Pretty sure spaghetti con calaveras can be made without Pastamancery. --Club (#66669) (Talk) 04:42, 23 November 2013 (UTC)
- You've got it backwards. spaghetti con calaveras doesn't require Advanced Saucecrafting. Pastamastery is still needed. --The ErosionSeeker (talk) 04:53, 23 November 2013 (UTC)
- which means calaveras is still not viable in hardcore class act, since saucemaven is a sauce skill. Argus (talk) 08:55, 23 November 2013 (UTC)
- ok, I've read the page now. let me ask the question again. is there any food available in hardcore class act which benefits from this skill? --Evilkolbot (talk) 12:55, 23 November 2013 (UTC)

- As far as I know, there is no food available in HC CA2 that benefits from this skill. Hell broth does not benefit from it (according to kolspading), and the only known foods that do benefit (hi meins and reagent pastas) require at least Pastamastery. --Greycat (talk) 19:56, 23 November 2013 (UTC)
- Technically, it seems there are some that can be gotten from Scrolls of pasta summoning. /--Notsupposedtobehere (talk) 09:53, 22 March 2014 (UTC), just got the skill (in HC Trendy) without pastamastery HCpermed
