Talk:Otori
When he gutted the article, Improv wrote: "There's a place for this, but not here." I have returned the article to how it was before Improv gutted it, with some updates. I feel this is justified, since the wiki states: "Please post in/start a discussion somewhere before initiating large scale changes on your own." Thus I have undone his massive changes. You can see that, and other guidelines by clicking where it says "Help" in the left column. If the Wiki wants to make it policy to not have detailed clan histories on major clans, that's fine, but if that's the case then the other clan entries need to be similarly trimmed. --Deathless Assassin 00:42, 12 October 2009 (UTC)

Thanks, wasn't aware of the discussion elsewhere. I'm supportive of cutting it down, but not to the extent that Improv did, which was outrageous. I'll bring this up in Otori. --Deathless Assassin 04:51, 12 October 2009 (UTC)
I have again undone Improv's edit, as he continues to demolish the article with no discussion about what should stay. --Deathless Assassin 21:59, 12 October 2009 (UTC)
- Unlike you, Improv has actually DISCUSSED on the discussion page Toffile mentioned. If you haven't read what JRSiebz has written, read it. Nuking the page is fine, says the second longest active wiki admin. I think what Improv wrote was enough to satisfy the goals established in discussion. --CG1:t,c,e 00:51, 13 October 2009 (UTC)
I added some buffbot history. Given the prevalence of buffbots I don't think that's unreasonable. I also moved the clan warfare bit to the bottom of the article, which makes more since to me since it's trivial compared to Otori Week and the buffbots. --Deathless Assassin 19:54, 13 October 2009 (UTC)
