I agree that there is a special link to non-Euclidean geometry. Especially, since the item is dropped from the cubist bull. Both, non-Euclidean geometry and cubism are lacking, more or less, parallel lines. The existence of this geometry is further on a proof that the Euclidean assumption of parallel lines does not need the legendary conditions of maths.
