With the new unknown secondary effects June 21, 2006 for wearing an outfit, I wanted to mention my experience today wearing this generated a message in combat after my attack that said "Your opponent is weakening..." but since my blows at level 15 were one-hit kills, I was unable to experiment further at this.--Vysion 08:21, 21 June 2006 (CDT)

Something I just noticed was that when clicking on the Avatar, when wearing the suit, brings you directly to mining. No idea if this was already known or even whether it should be noted or not. --Rennej 13:26, 5 June 2007 (CDT)

Additional Outfit Effect
I've had a bug up my butt recently about the unknown outfits, and came up with a simple meat+ test and item+ test. See Encephalic Ensemble for details on the item+ test. For meat+, I use the Dire Warren, where meat drops will always be one of three different values. I try to find an X such that X+1 would result in different drops in the Dire Warren.
For example, at +14, the bunnies drop 7/9/10 meat. At +15, the bunnies drop 8/9/10. I equipped the Miner's Outfit on foggy4 (level 31 Turtle Tamer, no passive meat+) with two lucky rabbit's feet (+14% meat), and then kill bunnies. I got 8/9/10, which is a positive for +meat. (Without the miner's helmet I get 7/9/10, confirming the effect).
Now with a confirmation of +meat, I switched over to the Beanbat Chamber. I got unique drops of 34,35,38,39,40,42, and 46. Between the two results, this can only result from a +5% Meat Drops.
So there you go.
