Talk:Mini-Adventurer/Mini-Sauceror

Alright, so in attempt to spade some stuff, I spent 50 turns (or so I thought) and recorded the actions of the mini-sauceror. I'm a level 25 Seal clubber.

KOL mafia tells me I'm running +30% meat. I used fat stacks of cash to avoid killing the bean bats I fought against. Here's what I discovered:

•The only time the familiar acts on jump is to buff you.
•It can use a hot attack or a cold attack in the same combat round as a starfish action but the starfish action can also happen independently. The separate hot or cold attack damage appears to be calculated independently of the starfish damage and MP restore.
•A hot attack and a cold attack don't appear to be able to happen in the same combat round.

•Starfish range:

level 6 (4 turns) : 5-8
level 7 (5 turns) : 5-10
level 8 (7 turns) : 5-10
level 9 (9 turns) : 6-12
level 10 (11 turns) : 9-13
level 11 (13 turns) : 7-14
level 12 (3 turns) : 9-15

From this very limited sample, I would guess that the range is 5 to weight + 3, OR weight -4 to weight + 3 with a minimum starfish thingy of 5. More testing is needed.

•Damage ranges:

level 6 (4 turns) : 5-6 hot, 3-6 cold
level 7 (5 turns) : 5-7 hot, 3-7 cold
level 8 (7 turns) : 4-8 hot, 4-8 cold
level 9 (9 turns) : 6-7 hot, 4-9 cold
level 10 (11 turns) : 5-10 hot,5-9 cold
level 11 (13 turns) : 6-11 hot,5-11 cold
level 12 (3 turns) : 6-12 hot, 7 cold

I'm not going to try to guess the range for these because I feel like the damage would be calculated useing the same formula for both elements. I would just like to point out that the upper bound for both elements seems to be familiar's weight. More testing needed.

•Meat drop (remember I have +30% already):

level 6 (4 turns) : 62,58,68,51
level 7 (5 turns) : 62,65,60,60,51
level 8 (7 turns) : 50,70,52,63,67,54,61
level 9 (9 turns) : 69,67,63,54,57,54,61,67,65
level 10 (11 turns) : 64,74,59,57,64,61,59,64,68,64,59
level 11 (13 turns) : 68,68,64,78,72,68,70,76,68,58,62,54,68
level 12 (3 turns) : 63,61,71

I don't know how to spade that. Someone else wanna try?

That's about it. Should I keep spading level by level or should I jump to max level and spade that? Any other suggestions? --Agent Orangey (talk) 22:35, 29 June 2013 (UTC)
