- It's not an offical quest item, just a reward, when you ascend you are allowed to keep the crown, whereas you loose the quest items in your inventory.--JRSiebz 03:52, 15 Jul 2005 (Central Daylight Time)
Dauphin reference

- probably not, since "heir to the throne king" makes no sense. just a vector for the tuna fishermen joke.

Obtaining the Crown
This item can be obtained not only via the snorkel, but with other underwater breathing apparatuses, such as the aerated diving helmet and makeshift SCUBA gear. Not so helpful if you intend to use the item, somewhat more so if you collect them.--Sean Clannery 05:53, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
