I would like to know why the page says the Screwtable.gif image is missing but after editing and showing preview it is there. The image is shown correctly in the single adventure page.

Isn't the Degrassi Knoll also a reference to the Canadian Television series "Degrassi High?" Could've sworn it was--Yggi D 14:47, 11 July 2006 (CDT).
Yes, but Degrassi High is also one of the most popular shows on the American station Noggin/The N. So instead of "Canadian television" I'm changing it to just "television". --Ηúηţêř ťĥẽ Ŕéļáţīv€ļ¥ ĜΘΘÐ (Ţâĺķ | Ćņťβ§) 14:28, 2 November 2006 (CST)
Just a quick datapoint RE Combat Frequency: spent 1000 adventures here over the course of the last 5-6 weeks and got 770 combats.--Maddsurgeon 12:39, 19 July 2008 (CDT)Maddsurgeon
Anyone know which adventure the Gnollish Nunchaku dropped in before it was removed?--Suikoman444 16:30, 4 September 2008 (CDT)
Got a really strange message when adventuring here in BAd Moon. Didn't think to copy the first half, but here's the second screen: "The thrumming vibration increases in intensity until it's a full-on shaking. Then it increases some more, putting it firmly in "quake" territory. Aftershocks ensue.
A crack forms in the ground beneath your feet, and a wave of hot air hits you. It's not just heat, though, it's something... else. Something that makes the little hairs on your arm stand up.
This cannot possibly bode well." The image is http://images.kingdomofloathing.com/adventureimages/crack.gif--Phantomreader42 21:58, 21 July 2009 (UTC)
"The Gnollish Gearhead is slightly more likely than other monsters to show up. There are two Gearheads in this area." If there are two Gearheads to [one of] all the other eight monsters, that's 2/(2+8)=20% of combats (and 16% with the base combat rate), not 15.84%. It looks like it might be calculating for if there were three Gearheads to two of all the other eight monsters (which would be 3/(3+16)=15.79%). Which is correct? --VinnyB 17:16, 18 March 2010 (UTC)
Aug 2013 Changes
The August 2013 changes make the Knoll a container with four adventurable zones inside it. There's a restaurant, a bathroom, a gym, and a garage. After a little bit of adventuring there (under Bad Moon), it would seem that bugbear guards are the only monsters that show up in all four. The monsters from the previous version seem to all be around, but now divided among the zones. Some new monsters have been added, and it seems like there are fewer non-combats. --Club (#66669) (Talk) 03:21, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
Changes notes: -"The Restroom" contains Bugbear Guards, Gnollish Flyslayers, Gnollish Plungermasters. Bakery contains Guard Bugbears, Gnollish Piebakers, and Gnollish War Chefs. Gym contains One-Eyed Gnoll, Gnollish Crossdresser, and Gnollish Bodybuilder (new enemy? some details below). Garage predictably contains Gnollish Tirejuggler, Gnollish Gearhead, and more Guard Bugbears.
Gnollish Bodybuilder: Encounter message - "This is a Gnoll who spends most of his time working out in the Degrassi Knoll Fitness Center. You're about to find out which of you is the fittest (y'know, for survival)."
Hit message - "He twirls two giant barbells over his head and tosses them at you. You catch them, but hear a series of popping noises as your spine telescopes. You'll be dragging your feet across your back for weeks. "
Miss messages: "He tries to bend you into a pretzel, but you slip out of his glistening, oily biceps."
- "He tries to kick sand in your face, but you beat him with a big atlas you found on the ground."
- "He tries to bench press you, but can't find a spotter. Or spot a finder."
- "He throws his dumbbell at you, but you counter with a smartbell."
Pickpocketed enchanted barbell. With no meat drop increasers, dropped 22, 18, 19 meat.
Confirmed Lukarnis' monster sightings with 16 adventures in each zone. Also saw no noncombats during that time running -25% combat. Not enough to conclusively rule them out, but they're pretty unlikely at this point. Not sure where the screwdriver would be, but I'm guessing the garage. --Bovius (talk) 06:04, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
Update: I picked up screwdriver from the garage on my first turn there after receiving the fetch quest. I also see at least two forum posters who have had this experience. I suppose it's still plausible that you can get the screwdriver in any of the four new zones. --Bovius (talk) 15:09, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
Update ^ 2: Nope, screwdriver is not a guaranteed first-turn drop after receiving the quest. Had two ascensions where it took 3 turns and ~10 turns, respectively. --Bovius (talk) 04:43, 7 September 2013 (UTC)
