Scaling deleveling?

More than once per combat

It looks like you can cast this more than once per combat, additional times doing damage rather than delevelling.

I got the following text the second time I cast it:

With the shout of a dark incantation, you curse your opponent's bones to slowly splinter
and its organs to gradually liquify. The look on its face indicates that it is upset by this.

Your foe winces as its organs melt a little more, causing 16 damage.
