Oddly enough, you can put your flashing novelty button in your Colossal Closet, and still receive an orange glowstick through this adventure, with the same text saying that you trade the novelty button for the glowstick. I've now done it twice. Weird. --Pobble 10:33, 25 October 2006 (CDT)

interesting thing about the pins...

Indeed, it was possible to not have your button exchanged for the pin. After the first glowstick was obtained by trading your equipped pin,(for me)I continued to get both pin/glowstick adventures without having the pin equipped. That way i slowly ammassed a large number of glowsticks and pins, and lost a pin only once. --Argus 21:36, 30 November 2006 (CST)
