• I'm curious what it would do for familiars with multiple pieces of equipment like the baby bugged bugbear and the Frumoius Bandersnatch, or familiars whose equipment doesn't drop from the Arena, like the Mini-Hipster. My guess is that the equipment-granting code in this item just calls the same function that the Arena does. --Southwest 10:48, 1 September 2011 (CEST)

• While not exactly reliable, there's a forum post from someone who used one with a black cat: they got a Lead Necklace. I'll try one with an Elemental Fairy and see what I get.
