I made a multi to investigate the new content and discovered that this item does not work until the council gives you the larva quest. When used before discovering the Typical Tavern

When this item is used before discovering the Typical Tavern, the following message is given:

You'd take this thing to a bar and see what you can trade it in for, but you don't know where any bars are.

This item can also be pickpocketed from the hobo in the haunted pantry. I would have screenshotted it, but I didn't know the info was not already on the wiki. It should be easily verifiable anyway.--Knobula 17:53, 9 April 2009 (UTC)
