OK... how does this candy reference a J&S show on Oct 23, 2006, when the candy was added (with the text in question) a month prior, during the Sept 20, 2006 Halloween? Is the Asymmetric staff prescient?--Terion 09:38, 1 November 2006 (CST)

  • It doesn't - Spazzattack wasn't paying attention when (s)he added the reference. If anything, the J&S show references this item, not vice-versa. --Quietust (t|c) 10:28, 1 November 2006 (CST)
  • However, there are two items in the CORPG/MMORPG Guildwars that may be related: Globs of Ectoplasm dropped by spirits in the Underworld area and Frozen Globs of Ectoplasm which are only available in mid-December for trade to get candy and holiday items during the game's Wintersday holiday event. Both which bear a passing resemblance to unwrapped nasty candy as might be found at the bottom of an old trick-o-trick bag. --Waveclaw 10:13, 10 March 2007 (CST)

Why does this candy file under Consumables (Misc.) when other Sugar Rush providers file under (Mostly) Potions?--k4f 20:18, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

  • as a first guess this is for the same reason everything else happens round here, "because that's how jick pulled it out of his ass..." more seriously, if he really does make as few conscious decisions as he says he does then he's got splendid instincts, but his knowledge of the game is not encyclopaedic, and he (admirably occasionally) adds stuff inconsistently. if it bugs you, then try the forum post about typos, or get in touch with radiobugbear. these things get fixed if they're really unmeant. --Evilkolbot 20:27, 2 November 2008 (UTC)
