Stacking

This effect appears to stack very irregularly with other things. It is noted that it stack with effects, which I haven't had any problems with, but it also appears to stacks with most equipment. For example having this effect and equipping a chrome helmet turtle increases my Mysticality and Moxie by 5 but not my Muscle. Equipping a drywall axe increases all three stats though. --TheDotGamer 21:16, 27 February 2007 (CST)

  • Although I didn't check with much detail (there's a blackout promising storm coming) it seems that a Wolf Mask's effect stacks with the effect. --Jonzay 00:14, 28 February 2007 (CST)
  • With an AT, the only thing I don't see stacking is +X to muscle from equipment. I suppose it might be class dependent which stat doesn't stack. --Starwed 03:40, 28 February 2007 (CST)
  • I can't say I know why, but I believe that that's pretty accurate. All equipment I tried that provides an absolute increase in Muscle and a different stat completely ignored the Muscle enchantment of the equipment. All effects (and even intrinsic effects provided by equipment) allowed for Muscle stacking with no problem. For a little experiment I tried boosted my equipment enchantments to +41 Muscle, only to see that my Muscle was still only increased by the +40 from this effect. Oh, and this experiment was done using a level 12 Sauceror, so I'm pretty sure it's not class specific. I've updated the article accordingly. --TheDotGamer 20:11, 1 March 2007 (CST)
  • The drywall axe doens't stack; but is it the same with other items producing +X% muscle? (Such as the plexi/SS muscle items...) --Starwed 06:43, 3 March 2007 (CST)
  • Huh? Are you sure it's not stacking for you or did you just typo? I've confirmed several times (and just rechecked now as a matter of fact) that it does indeed stack with the effect. Stats were 140 (100), 186 (144), 194 (118). Added the drywall axe and they were increased to 143 (100), 191 (144), 198 (118). Removed the Talisman o' Namsilat and they were "reduced" to 143 (100), 190 (144), 197 (118). Although as you noted it would be interesting to know if the plexiglass pike pike/pith helmet or stainless steel shillelagh/skullcap work the same way. I'm guessing they do. --TheDotGamer 20:59, 5 March 2007 (CST)
  • When I tested it today, it stacked normally with all equipment I bothered to test, both absolute and percentage items, so I think that this was a glitch which is now fixed. I'm going to remove the notice. --Ragnok 19:08, 25 May 2007 (CDT)
