EDIT: Due to not taking into account the moon sign at all during testing and having already ascended, I am forced to start anew and throw out all previous data (both here and what I was about to add from my quest log). I have a theory that stats gained from Army of Toddlers is (with T being the number of Toddlers there are) between the values of T^.44 and T^.45. I will be able to fully test this after Crimbo.
