Can this adventure be encountered more than once? --Telis R 18:09, 15 September 2009 (UTC)

  • 100 adventures says "no.". Any counter examples?--Ryo_Sangnoir 19:18, 15 September 2009 (UTC)
  • 310 adventures says "no." did anyone ascend and get one? --Evilkolbot 21:01, 15 September 2009 (UTC)
  • Just got it again after ascending. Looks like once per ascension. --Frankzappa 03:07, 16 September 2009 (UTC)

What effect does this have on sspd? --Heron 00:37, 16 September 2009 (UTC)

  • From the text of the adventure I suspect this will be another way to gain a traffic cone - the description of the river is that of a road and the triangular nature of the silent figure. Yvain 01:04, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
  • Good question. The wad of cotton was needed to get the adventure so I think its safe to safe it served its purpose. Judging from the wording of the effect "So dry! It's from yesterday!" I'm guessing that we need to wait-it-out 'til rollover for the adventure to have any effect. That's my theory. --Annoying nerd 01:08, 16 September 2009 (UTC)

The description ends with you passing out. It's too late for my chars but what if this adventure is your last adventure before you rollover/pass out?--Arakasi 01:39, 16 September 2009 (UTC)

  • No visible effect. Same durations of all my buffs, no other interesting items appeared. --Pastangum 17:54, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
    • Presto chango a yield shield should be in your inventory. Or were you not familiar with the traffic cone mechanics.--Toffile 18:59, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
      • Let me clarify - yield shield, yes. Anything else (which was Arakasi's question), no. I thought the indent and the word 'other' would have made my response clear. --Pastangum 23:10, 17 September 2009 (UTC)
        • Why so aggressive? Toffile could also be answering Arakasi's question; you know what they say about assuming... --CG1:t,c,e 01:49, 18 September 2009 (UTC)
          • Yeah, I meant to only put one asterisk in, but I just noticed now that I hit two.--Toffile 01:59, 18 September 2009 (UTC)

St. Sneaky Pete's Day XXIV (Dec. 2009)

This adventure returned, with a different image (speedlimitsign.gif) and some slightly different text. I haven't yet checked if it's the same choiceadv number, but at the very least it uses the same adventure name. Not sure how to incorporate the different image yet... --Itsatrap 07:45, 20 December 2009 (UTC)
