A question for the future
Something that can't be answered now, but do the Muscle/Mysticality stat days affect resting here like they do in your campground? This should definitely be investigated when a stat day comes soon. --Hunter tRG 22:40, 18 October 2006 (CDT)

- I can confirm that it takes adventures (the use dialog box asks how many adventures you want to spend on the sofa), and that its MP restore was not affected by the moon phase for today.--Eevle 12:10, 19 October 2006 (CDT)

Amount Restored
I found a few things
- the message only states a gain if you need it. aka I was at full health and so it only told me of my MP gain.
- at level 25 I got 124 mp (not enough to fill me) so it varries from level*5.

Do you suppose that Jick & co. have played MUDs? Quite a few of them, especially DikuMUDs, have clan furniture that makes you heal faster if you sleep/rest on it. Sofa is the most common one, and most open clans have one. Players frequenly quickrun to the sofa when wounded, take a short nap to heal fully, and head back to battling monsters. This clan sofa seems to work the same way, but it's likely just a coincidence - unless someone knows for sure that the devs are familiar with MUDs?... --Andemon 09:00, 23 January 2007 (CST)
