In battle efects?

is it possible that the 334 30669 and 33398 scrolls in battle efects have efects on the monsters in the valley of Rof L'm Fao?--CSDragon 20:54, 8 May 2007 (CDT)

Post-cyrpt Cemetary: You're fighting a slick lihc You hand the scroll to your opponent. It unrolls it, reads it, and looks slightly confused by it. Then it tears it up and throws the bits into the wind.

Undid an edit adding that Disch book as a reference because there is absolutely no supporting evidence for it. --Hellion 05:35, 22 March 2010 (UTC)
