There exists a stuffed version of this familiar.
The miniature carton of clove cigarettes can only be received from Felonia, Queen of the Spooky Gravy Fairies in The Spooky Gravy Burrow with this as your active familiar, or from The Cake-Shaped Arena with a Comma Chameleon as your familiar.
The clove cigarettes are most likely a reference to the (justified) stereotype that goths smoke clove cigarettes.
When in the Crown of Thrones, you will get spooky nuggets only once per combat.
