This skate is a member of a board of concerned citizens that are trying to stop the skate war and make the skate park a safe place for young fish to play. They form committees and hold town hall meetings, but mostly they just go to the skate park and beat the stuffing out of the ice skates and the roller skates, using the big lengths of board they carry with them.
