None. The Pocket Professor cannot compete at the Ultimate Cage Match, but does not have a message to reflect this.
Notes
- Restores MP at the end of combat (like a Ghuol Whelp) using the formula floor((weight+5)/2 to weight+5) after every combat.
- Lecture on velocity delevels monster attack and defense. It also gives an approximately equal amount of substats in your character's mainstat, capped at 150.
- Lecture on mass seems to assist item drop chance by attempting each item drop roll an additional two times (items are not duplicated).
- Lecture on relativity creates a chained combat with the same opponent after the current combat if you win, similar to One Crazy Random Summer's clingy modifier.
- All three lecture skills share a daily limit determined by the Professor's current buffed Familiar Weight using the formula n^2 + 1, where n is the number of casts already used today.
The relationship between familiar weight and Lecture charges is shown in the table below.
Lectures Weight Additional weight required 1 1 lbs. n/a 2 2? 1 3 5 3 4 10 5 5 17 7 6 26 9 7 37 11 8 50 13 9 65 15 10 82 17 11 101 19 12 122 21 13 145 23 14 170 25 15 197 27 16 226 29 17 257 31 18 290 33 19 325 35 20 362 37
- An equipped Pocket Professor memory chip lets you exceed your current weight-Lecture number by 2. For example, you are allowed 12 normal Lectures at 122 pounds and and 2 memory chip Lectures, unequipping the chip requires you to reach 197 weight for a 15th Lecture (but having the chip equipped allows 17 Lectures at 197 weight).
- The skill %fn, deliver your thesis! defeats the enemy, gives extra adventures based on the monster's HP, and reduces the Professor's experience by 200. This skill only appears if your Pocket Professor has 400 or more experience, and does not share a counter with the Lecture skills, simply only being usable once per day.
- The relationship between monster HP and adventures gained is depicted as follows:
Monster HP Adventures gained 1 - 15 2 16 - 80 4 81 - 255 6 256 - 624 8 625 - 1295 10 1296+ 11
History
Prior to a trivial update on 2019/09/25, Pocket Professor granted 1 Lecture per ~6.62 pounds. This was tweaked to be more generous at low weight and less... obviously broken at mega weight:
Lectures per day Weight with memory chip Weight without memory chip 1 0 lbs. 0 lbs. 2 0 7 3 0 14 4 7 20 5 14 27 6 20 34 7 27 40 8 34 47 9 40 54 10 47 60 11 54 67 12 60 73 13 67 80 14 73 87 15 80 93 16 87 100 17 93 107 18 100 113 19 107 120 20 113 126 100 649 662
