This must be the junksprites' workshop area, or foundry, or... sauna, maybe? The walls seems to be made of a greater-than-usual concentration of rusty toolboxes, there's a big tractor hubcap hanging like a gong near the entrance, and it's really hot.

You go through a bunch of toolboxes, but the only useful thing you find is an old half-empty tube of some kind of adhesive.
