Notes

• After combat your Leprechaun familiar may find a piece of furniture in a hiding place :

   %fn spots a (piece of furniture) (at some hiding place) and runs out of his condo. He drags it back to the condo and stores it in the attic.

• Every day, finding the first piece of furniture (basic or non-basic furniture) will take 6 encounters (including free fights and non-free NCs) in the appropriate zone. Subsequent pieces of furniture on the same day take 36, 66, 96, etc encounters to find.
  • Progress is retained across days: it is possible to spend 5 combats in a zone on one day and get the piece of furniture on the 1st combat in that zone on the next day.
• Furniture is permanently unlocked and does not reset upon ascension.
• You may install up to 4 pieces of furniture from your furniture collection.
• Every 5 turn-taking combats your Leprechaun will try to meet one of his needs using the furniture. If furniture is successfully used you will receive an item or effect, and your Leprechaun gains 1 familiar experience.
• Later pieces of furniture (left-to-right, top-to-bottom) will override earlier pieces of furniture if they both meet the same need.
• You don't need to have your Leprechaun as an active familiar to use any of the functions of this item.
