As you enter the gate, you hear a commotion nearby. Carefully peeking from around a tree, you spot a large group of imps dancing around a large glowy circle inscribed on the ground. They're chanting something, but your brain can't quite make sense of it, as though the words are composed of special demonic phonemes that the human mind can't comprehend.

• Without Lord Spookyraven's ear trumpet equipped:

You feel a bit creeped out, and decide to sneak off before they spot you. It's good sneaking practice!

You gain 50 Chutzpah.

• With Lord Spookyraven's ear trumpet equipped:

You listen to them through Lord Spookyraven's ear-trumpet, and their howls resolve into something a little more understandable: "<Demon Name>, we call you! <Demon Name>, come to us! <Demon Name>!"

A burst of black fire erupts within the circle, and a horrible demon appears, scowling at the imps. "All right, what is it? I'm very busy," he rumbles.

One of the imps clears his throat and steps forward, holding up a clipboard. "We have called you here today to discuss this list of grieviences^[sic] we have compiled, regarding workplace conditions..."

"Unionizing again?!" roars <Demon Name>. "I'll have your 401k's for lunch, you greedy little punks!" He swipes at the imps with his massive claws, and they all flee in panic. You figure that's probably a good time for you to split, too.
