Notes
- Is automatically placed in your inventory for you at the beginning of your run, with the message:
- The enchantment attributable to each zone you adventured in that day decays over rollover. If your charge level (number of combats) in a zone is c before rollover, it decays to floor(sqrt(c/2))^2 - 1 after rollover.
- In essence, the number of combats gets cut in half and then reset to right before the previous integer enchantment level.
References
- Presumably a reference to ioun stones, a type of magic item in Dungeons & Dragons. Ioun stones float in an orbit around the head of the user and come in a variety of colors and shapes (which denote their powers).
